Personal Resilience/Stress Management Coaching As a Certified HeartMath® Coach/Mentor, I am trained to help you identify stressors and energy depleting thoughts, feelings and emotions, and teach you scientifically-proven methods to help you build and sustain personal resilience. Having greater resilience will enhance your ability to maintain mental focus and clarity, and emotional composure throughout the day.
